Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have my second hard drive installed but I cannot started, I try advance options, safe mode and nothing, last night I try diagnostic and everything passed but this morning I cannot start, it goes to automatic repair and diagnosing I don't know what is the problem

What do you mean, you can not "start" your hard drive? Is it not spinning? If that is the case, the drive is dead.
