Cant eliminate 'waranty expired' message

Cant get rid of 'warranty expired' message and think I might have deleted sassistant

So hp support assistant deleted, it should no longer be displayed it seems to me..
Check, is it installed or not?
if so, open the settings, small toothed wheel at the bottom left (depending on the version installed)
Apps Settings, uncheck Show warranty options
possibly, share user data
Click on more settings
uncheck Display windows with warranty status messages.
this should be enough, this is my current configuration

Well, being way over 79 yo I am a computer 'infant' so I ran system restore and the pop-up continued 2- or 3 times then disappeared.

I will print your response and if the problem 'pops up' again, I will follow your advice.

I am very thankful for your response.
