Cant get windows store to work

Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi I did a complete factory data reset on my laptop and log back into my account to set up my computer and now my Windows store will not work I am completely new to this product

Windows Store is a Microsoft function -- and there is nothing we can do to diagnose that error or fix it.


You would have to check with Microsoft to get advice on how to correct this.


Also, WHY did you do a factory reset on the PC? Asking because that nearly always is a BAD idea that does little or nothing to correct the underlying problem, but often serves to make matters worse!
