Hi @domi18,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • The exact HP model and Windows version/build you are using.
  • If you’ve recently updated or installed any new drivers or applications.
  • Whether you are seeing any specific error codes/messages when Memory Integrity fails to stay on.

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Core Isolation settings
    • Go to Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation details.
    • Ensure “Memory Integrity” is toggled on, then restart your PC.
  2. Update drivers via HP Support Assistant
    • Open HP Support Assistant and run “Check for updates.”
    • Install any pending driver or BIOS updates, as outdated drivers are often the cause.
  3. Verify incompatible drivers manually
    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run: msinfo32
    • In the System Information window, check under Device Guard → Driver issues. This may reveal hidden incompatible drivers.
  4. Perform a clean boot
    • Temporarily disable non-Microsoft services and startup items to rule out third-party conflicts.
    • Instructions: Press Win+R, type msconfig, go to Services, check “Hide all Microsoft services,” then click Disable all. Restart and try enabling Memory Integrity again.
  5. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
  • Go to Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters.
  • Run the Windows Update troubleshooter to ensure all patches are applied.

I hope this helps.
