My caps lock button is stuck and I can’t figure out how to turn it off so I can switch it to lower case

Temporarily turn on keyboard display.  This assumes you can log in.  If cannot log in then add USB keyboard.

You do not list your system.   If you have mechanical keyboard then debris may be causing the caps lock or shift key to stick.  This actually happened to me and I found a pencil point that had broken off wand was stuck between keys.

If you have those touch keypads that are sensitive to heat or proximity then there are YouTube video to show how to peal them off and replace.

What system do you have?  Picture of keyboard?

Regards
