PCase for: HP Envy Laptop 17

On Mar 04, 2026 I opened a case for my HP Envy Laptop 17-cw0023dx (7H1T2UA) and requested to flag the serial number as stolen. 

As of today, Mar 08, 2026  12:00 PM, I request to closed the case and remove any fraud or security alerts on my device since my laptop is found.

 

Any activities done within this time period (Mar 04-Mar 08) are unknown and not authorized  by me.

HP does not have the capability to track or locate a lost or stolen device. However, you can follow the steps outlined in the guide below to help secure your information and understand what actions can be taken in such situations: Click here.

It is also recommended to report the incident to your local authorities and share the device serial number with them, as this may assist in recovery.
