Hello,
Trying to talk to a human at HP is really difficult, why can't you just have an email address we can raise issues on? Anyway, our All in One PC has never worked properly from the first, with a quarter of the screen black (top right), some digital lines on the right hand side of the display in the middle of the screen and neither the mouse or keyboard being fully recognised by the PC.
The PC is still in warranty and we looking to see if HP can fix these problems for us, as it is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't work. I wanted to send you a private message, but that seems all but impossible to get through easily. What can you offer or do?
