Want to change the Fn keys back to "normal" meaning not using for multimedia functions. I have tried to change in BIOS but cannot find any option. Searched and found several tips on-line but nothing that works for this model. Any suggestions?

@JimB327 -- for your computer: HP All-In-One 27-Dp0170z
does the keyboard have a key labelled "FN LK" or "FN LOCK" or "Function Lock" ?
If so, press that key, just once, to "flip" the F1-F12 keys to their alternate usage.
If your keyboard has no such key, buy a keyboard that either:
1. has only one label on each of the F1-F12 keys,
2. has a "FN LOCK" key, with two labels on each of the F1-F12 keys.
