If this is your system then it has (possibly) a 2TB 5400 RPM drive. Possibly Seagate or WD. Please look and report the manufacturer as those manufacturer provide HDD diagnostic software that can help diagnose and sometimes fix the problem. There are a number of tools, some free, that can repair bad sectors. I have used "Victoria" with success. The sector damage must be "software" damage, not physical damage for any any repair (or relocation) to work..
I assume you obtained a new drive, SSD, and tried to clone the old drive to the new SSD and the backup failed to complete. That left you with an SSD that will not boot. Is that correct?
I assume the old HDD drive does not boot either. Is that correct?
If it can boot up then possibly it can be fixed enough to clone to the SDD. Some cloning software can ignore disk errors.
If you tap ESC after powering up you can run the HP diagnostics? What error message is reported? Does it report sector 0 (zero) as defective? Generally, if sector 0 is defective it is not possible to boot up the drive but data can still be recovered.

Finaly, I replaced my hard drive with the new SSD, re-install everything with windows 10 installation media in the link below
https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10. Then transfert all my data to the new SSD.
