I purchased Office 365 and PDF X, all from Microsoft. I have a hard time using them since I created three accounts and neither understands that I have those software's.
How can I either use the Office 365 and PDF X with all the accounts or eliminate the accounts and keep only one?

Don't understand the issue. You seem to be confusing accounts used to purchase products with accounts used to utilize a PC.
When you login to a desktop, you are only using ONE account -- your Windows account.
When you buy a product online, you typically have to create a separate account with each seller for purchasing the product.
Let's say you buy something from Microsoft, something else from Adobe, and something else from Norton. You have three different Buyer accounts.
But when you install these products on a PC, you have to use each account to Register and Activate each product -- you can't combine those accounts into one.
But then when you USE the products, you are using your Windows account -- ONE account.
You can't combine different kinds of accounts into one.
