Product: HP Pavilion Desktop TP01
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't change setting to use function keys without holding he "fn" key. There is no advanced setting when using BIOS to try to change the setting. I can't seem to find how to change the action keys. Please help!

If the keyboard is one of these where the "F" keys have three functions, then you have no choice -- you have to press either the Fn key or a Shift key to select the function desired.
