After my screen froze I decided to hard reset my C202SA chromebook, the chromebook is now stuck in a black screen and has the power light on but the chromebook itself is not responding, I tried doing factory reset, hard reset, and holding the power button for 10 secounds and not working. I also noticed when I plugged my chromebook into my charger it did not show the charging light it normally does like all the other times.

Hard resets often trash the computer. Why? Because any internal hardware issue, like a failing drive, will guarantee that the reset trashes the PC, rendering it useless.
I can find no HP links for Chromebooks, only for laptops, so that is what I have provided below:
