Hi @logo96522,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are having trouble unenrolling an HP Chromebook from an admin, here are some steps you can try.

  • Try signing in with a different Google account: Sometimes, if the Chromebook is associated with a particular Google account, you may not be able to unenroll it with another account. Try signing in with the account that was used to enroll the device, and then unenroll it from the admin console.
  • Reset the Chromebook: If you are unable to unenroll the device, you may want to try resetting it to its factory settings. This will erase all data on the device, so make sure you have backed up any important files before proceeding. To reset the Chromebook, press and hold the power button until the device turns off. Then press the power button again to turn it back on, and immediately press and hold the Esc + Refresh buttons until the Chromebook restarts.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
