Dear HP Team,

 

We are currently utilizing an EDR solution, which recently flagged an event where the process BrService.exe attempted to delete a Volume Shadow Copy snapshot.

 

As BrService.exe appears to be associated with HP's security services, we would like to understand the reason behind this behavior.

Could you please provide clarification on whether this action is expected as part of its normal operation?
