Recovery image not being created - HP Support Community - 9380035

 

HP has withdrawn support for the cloud recovery tool since your notebook is 5 or more years old.

 

You can clean install W10 by making a bootable Windows USB flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:

 

HP Stream - 11-ah117wm Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

 

You can also contact this vendor and see how much it would cost to mail a recovery kit for your notebook to Barbados if they offer that option:
