Assuming that the CMOS battery was already changed, it would be wise to enter the BIOS, check the time & date and then set the BIOS to defaults, save and exit.

Assuming what you want is the location of the CMOS battery, here is the manual for the HP Touchsmart 9300 Elite

Figure 72 - showing the system board - the CMOS battery can be seen on the upper right of the system board in that picture. It is just slightly lower than the four silver circles, which I assume are capacitors. The battery appears to be a coin in the holder. Usually it is a "CR2032"
The manual describes how to get to that area.
