HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000a IDS Base Model

MY PC: All-in-one 27” about 2 months old. Running Win 11 Home.
After a brief period of proper functioning, the PC lost internet connection.
A check of Settings shows WiFi is “CONNECTED. SECURE”. I turned off WiFi
on the modem and enabled Ethernet. Settings also indicated CONNECTED.
But neither will connect to the Internet. Troubleshooters do not find an answer.

HP troubleshooters keep suggesting various fixes to download which, of course,
are pointless as I have no internet connection to download them..

I am physically unable to carry the PC from my apartment to a warranty repair station.
I am using an older Win 10 PC now.
