According to this spec the high end card is the GT 630
That card had a PassMark of 356, way below the 2000 minimum for Photoshop 3D

But you might be in luck ;<) the 3d feature is to be deleted from PhotoShop as listed at the top of that page.
If you want to do 3d work or any that require opencl or cuda then you need a better graphics accelerator which might require more than the 320 watt power supply can provide. Possibly a GTX 1060 would be a good choice as I see it works with a 300 watt supply.
