I've been having this reoccuring problem. Basically my desktop randomly freezes, 2 sometimes 3 times a day while I'm using it. After freezing, my monitors go to sleep almost like my computer has shutoff. Sometimes when this happens, it turns back on, but I have to restart any programs I was running. Other times, it shuts off and just doesn't come back on and I am forced to restart my computer. I have tried many things to fix this. Updating drivers, system check, etc. My last resort was a factory reset. I did this, and the problem did not go away. One thing to note, is I started noticing this problem once I updated my computer to Windows 11. Although, I can't say foresure if that is when it started. I tried to go back to windows 10 but my computer no longer allows me to do so. I decided to leave it alone until the BIOS update was availabe because read that that could be the problem. However, yesterday I did the update and my computer has froze 2 times, and completely crashed 3 times today alone. Here is a video to show what happens normally: https://vimeo.com/728325214. A picture of my system info is below. If someone could let me know what I could do to fix this, that would be great.
