HP Recommended

HP envy x360 convertible randomly power off and cannot be turn on unless I unplug the battery and wait a min then plug it back in. Something power will come back on other time I have to be patient and keep repeating until I get power back. I had the computer on and plug in all day then I was walking with the computer still on and I just happen to lightly push the bottom of the screen in and it black out and would not power back on. I already replace the battery and once the computer is power back on it show that the battery is still full. I do not know why it just randomly turn off.
