HP ENVY x360

The bottom of my computer suddenly freezes once a while. When it happens, I can not even power off the computer. Have tried HP Support Assistant and everything looks fine.

Is it the taskbar that freezes? You could try a clean boot as explained in the following video to see if it's windows or a third party program that is causing the issue.

Do you have anything plugged into the computer when it happens?

If your drivers are up to date according to the support assistant then they should be ok so perhaps the hard drive is beginning to fail. It may not be but perhaps save off anything important just in case.
