I understand that you are unable to login.


When you forget your login password, you cannot access Windows. Other issues might include:

  • You can't log in to your computer.

  • You forgot your user account password.

  • You can't sign in to your Microsoft connected account.

To reset the password you use to sign in to Windows, go to Unable to Log in to Windows Troubleshooting.
