Product: Pavilion 500 PC Series
My computer crashed. Status Message Oxc000ooof I need a Windows Installation Disc. (Windows 7) I am unable to locate the disc that came with the computer. I have the Product Key. Am I able to purchase another disc? Is there another way to retrieve my files so I can download them to an external drive and buy a new computer?

IF it is a an OEM key, then perhaps...
