Product: HP touch screen

Good Morning,

 

I powered off my computer to complete a restart. Now, when I try to restart, I am hearing the fan, but the computer does not come on. Please help me solve this problem.

Clicking on 'Restart' should cause the PC to switch off and restart without any further action from you.

You should not have had to "power off your computer to complete a restart" so you may have corrupted your OS.

 

Do you have any backup images you can restore from?
