HP Omen PC

image.jpgMy computer has been on this screen for days after I made an update to it (I’ve uninstalled a quality update thinking it would fix the problem, but it didn’t). I tried everything from plugging and unplugging the computer, shutting it off completely then turning it back on, try to back up my files and do a system recovery, enabling safe mode, etc. But everything ends in an error or just fails to work. Sometimes, the screen would freeze or just turn completely black and the thing I could move is cursor. I’ve brought this PC last year.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Try troubleshooting tips at this site (Link).

You will need to create W10 installation media (Link) on a different PC.

Boot to the media on your PC.

Select "Repair". Follow steps at the above site to see if you can fix the problem.

Regards
