Product: HP All In One PC

So I was resetting my grandmother’s pc since everyone forgot the password and while windows was being installed the power in the house went out now when I start it up it keeps saying “Installing Microsoft 64%” then restarts the computer again

That failed reset -- which you should NOT have done -- has left the PC in a corrupted state from which it can not recover on its own.

 

How old is the PC and what OS was running on it?
