Hi,
I am using Hp for a long time. Few days ago I install the new update from Windows so my pc was slowly. Last day I was working on it so I didnt notice and my pc was turn off because it was not plug in. Since then my pc is not working. It stays at waiting for automatic repair and it is not going. I checked for hardware and memory damage, but the test are passed. While running the startup test I found this:
Batterie Test: primary replace(?)
FAILURE ID: 9GC713-68X9SN-XD7X0K-C0BMO3
PRODUCT ID: C2K73UA#ABA
Primary Battery
Startup Test: Failed
I don't really understand it. I was having some issues with the battery but while plug in I could use the computer. Could the pc not started because of the batterie? Could I unmount the battery and used the laptop plug-in?if yes how?
The warranty is already expired. I probably buy a new is getting older. Thanks a lot fir the help.
Cheers
David J

Hi
The problem is with the battery.
03 usually means a failure of the component.
