All-in-one desk top Model# 20-c023w

I have a HP All-in-one desk top Model# 20-c023w. It started off with the keyboard not allowing you to type anything. I went out bought a new wireless keyboard, when I set it up I still could not type words some of the functions on the keyboard would work, but not the typing. I then went into device manager and updated the usb drive, after that nothing happened I still was not able to type words. I then restarted the  computer thinking that would help, well it  didn't, and the computer never turned back on after the restart. So I manually hit the power button to restart, nothing happened, then all of a sudden it started making this loud beeping noise with 3 long beeps and then 4 short beeps that followed.  It was really loud so at that point I just held the power button to shut it off. I waited a while then hit the power button to turn it on again same thing loud beeping in the same pattern 3 long, 4 short beeps, over and over again, everytime I try to turn it on.  So could someone please tell me if I need to go buy a new one or can this be repaired?

Hi,

A 3:4 error code is not good. This indicates you have a hardware problem.

You have a AIO PC so most components are integrated in the MB. The general troubleshooting technique requires reducing the PC to a minimum configuration. The problem could be the CPU, RAM, system board, or the power supply.

You might want to have a local PC tech diagnose what piece of hardware has failed. The PC could be repairable at minimum cost or it may be time to buy a new PC.

Regards
