Computer part replacement

Hello,

I bought one of your products and it’s mother board stopped working (Sunflower 8433) and I don’t know where to buy the part. And is there another type of motherboard I can’t replace it with that’s cheaper if so please help. Thank you

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

If you are certain the MB has failed you can check HP Part Surfer (Link) for a replacement part. PC failure symptoms can be misleading.

 

HP does not usually sell replacement MBs.

 

HP may replace newer MBs if the PC is in warranty or you have an extended warranty and the MB has failed. You would have to contact HP Support (Link) for repair options.
