Computer shut down hours after receiving it!

HP Recommended

We ordered April 27....finally arrived June 21. Within hours the computer started turning off and powering up repeatedly. Once it was shut off through surge protector it would NOT turn on again. Super frustrated after waiting so long for the **bleep** thing to show up and now it doesn't work!!  Total BS!!

If the computer is new and it does not work, contact the after-sales service
If you did not buy it directly from HP try to contact the seller (see if an exchange may be possible for example)
