@Diana-99 -- when you power-on your computer, it runs the POST (Power On Self Test).

Any "failure" of any component of your computer will be indicated by something such as a loud alarm.

Given that the video-system may be the problem, it is not possible to display any error-message on your computer's screen.  So, the alarm is the indicator of a hardware problem.

 

If you do not have the technical skills to trouble-shoot hardware problems, it is time to take the computer to a computer technician, for professional diagnosis & repair.
