Hi @SLW863,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Whether you see any LED lights, beeps, or error codes when powering on.
  • If the screen stays completely black or if you notice a faint backlight.
  • Any recent changes (updates, new hardware, or power issues) before this started.

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Display Connection
    • Ensure the power cable is firmly connected.
    • If your All-in-One has external display ports, try connecting to another monitor to see if the system is outputting video.
  2. Perform a Hard Reset
    • Disconnect the power cord.
    • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cord and try powering on again.
  3. Run Hardware Diagnostics
    • Power on the PC and immediately press F2 repeatedly.
    • If diagnostics open, run the System Test to check memory and hardware health.
  4. Check for BIOS Recovery
  • Press and hold Windows key + B while pressing the power button.
  • Keep holding until you hear beeps or see the BIOS recovery screen.

I hope this helps.
