Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer won't start. When I press the on/of button the on/off pilot light comes on, stays on for a fraction of a second then turns off. If I press and hold the button it will go this process over and over as long as I hold the button. Can anyone help?

Isn't that a unit with an external power brick, (like a laptop) ?

If so, unplug it from both the computer and the wall outlet. Hold down power button while you wait 30 seconds. Re-connect PSU, and try.
