Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r014

We had an issue where the search bar in windows would not work so we decided to reboot the device. Now it wont open windows it just says it had an issue repairing the situation and to reboot over and over again. Please help

I see that you are facing an issue with your laptop that is not powering on.
