HP ENVY TE01-0014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop has blue screen constantly and it always happens at the end of month (around 28-31st). Contacted HP support and did all types of trouble shooting, but could not identify the problem (all the system tests passed). I also reinstalled the system, but I still has the same blue screen (error code is nmi_hardware_failure) again around the same time. I didn't install many software to the computer. I dont think HP support can really help me anymore and wonder if anyone here can help me with it.

Hi,

Is this error screen constant rendering this PC completely unusable or is this error intermittent? Intermittent errors are extremely difficult to diagnose.

The error can be caused by hardware or possibly system file corruption. I would guess hardware since you reinstalled the operating system. Hopefully you did a clean Windows installation having only a monitor, mouse, and keyboard connected to your PC.

HP should investigate further at no charge if you are in warranty. It would cost money to solve this issue if you are out of warranty. Have a local PC technician take a look if you are out of warranty.

Any peripheral connected to the PC or component connected to the motherboard, including the power supply or the motherboard itself, may be the causing this error.

It would be very difficult to diagnose this error in a forum.

Regards
