Constant and repeated errors with "There are no printers installed".

After switching to a new printer, the HP Color Laser MFP 179 fnw, I've had persistent problems with having the printer available to print my prints, from my regular Windows 11 "work" computer.

 

Most often it starts with an error message "There are no printers installed".

  - Add printer.

  - The printer is selected.

Error message "The action cannot be performed (error 0x000006a). The local print spooler service is not running. Restart the buffer or the computer.”

 

Regarding several programs, such as the e-mail manager Firefox, there is only one printing option, namely: "Save to PDF".

- Documents are saved to PDF

- Opens the PDF file and wants to print it, but it doesn't work. Printers must be installed.

 

Note.

I only have this problem with my regular "work computer". I have no problem whatsoever printing to this printer from three other computers that have access.

 

If I want to use the current printer with my regular "work computer", then every time (day) I have to first start "HP Support Assistant" and run "HP Print and Scan Doctor".

 

However, it does not always help to be able to print from the various programs.

It can't always find printers, even though you could print from "HP Print and Scan Doctor".

 

After a while, my regular "work computer" loses contact with the printers. When printing, messages appear:

- "Save to PDF" (there are no other printing options)

or

- "There are no printers installed"

When trying to "Add printer.." you get the message "Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable"

Debugger gives a message: "Debugger has been moved and this tool will be retired."

 

My attempts to correct the ever-recurring error "There are no printers installed" with my regular "work computer" with various means and remedies, have been fruitless. I can only fix the error temporarily, only for one day, using "HP Print and Scan Doctor". The next day I have the same problem again.

 

Note that this problem does not exist on the other computers I have access to.

My regular "work computer" is: "HP Pavilion Gamin Deskop TG01-Oxx" with processor "AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.59 GHz". The operating system is Windows 11 64-bit.
