I have accidentally deleted connection system settings ( WiFi,  Bluetooth,  Ethernet,  Ethernet  2, Wanders Miniport (PPTP) from Control Panel Internet Connection Settings. Optus Australia had a Data Outage  8 November  23, and I had an anxiety attack. Since I changed the system setting, I have not been able reboot my computer. I have done a systematic test procedure on it and the outcom

e was everything else passed the tests. The network test came up, No Network. My computer is now stuck in a repair mode loop be ause I cannot recall a old password from 2021, andis preventing me from continuing on with the troubleshoot advanced options to recover system settings from a previous time. I am not sure what is happening here.  You tapped the ESC key after powering on and ran all the diagnostics?  They all passed?

Did the network devices pass the test?  If you have an ethernet cable connected to your AIO then the "internet" will be found.  If you are not hardwired to router then there is no way the "internet' can be found as the BIOS does not have the Wi-Fi SSID or password.

Anyway it seems you need to recover windows.  You can press F11 and run the HP recovery manager, video here.

Make sure you select the option to preserve files.
