Cooling fan noisy Graphics card

I have spent hours trying to find a replacement Cooling fan for my graphics card as it is so noisy, but cannot find anywhere. Can anyone please help? Much appreciated.

Here is the part #859086-001 Fan - System Fan, 9225 2500RPM Axial, Shave2. this part number is universal and you can find one from online Link 1 and Link 2.

NOTE: HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

Thanks for your reply. The fan I am after is not as you mentioned. I have a 2 pin ARX CERA DYNA FS1250-A1342A. It is 12v 0.17a and sits in a heatsink. Would appreciate still where I could source another or even an after market one.
