Palm T/X
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Palm T/X died (and I never used the Sync option previously) so, while waiting for my next one to arrive, I downloaded the Palm Desktop to my computer and made entries to the calendar. Now that my current Palm T/X has arrived, I thought there might be a way to copy those entries from the Palm Desktop to my Palm T/X. I have updated the drivers and made sure that the user name on both match but, at this point, I am stuck. I am not very tech savvy and have used YouTube videos to get to this point. I would appreciate it if anyone could steer me in the right direction from here. Thanks!

I figured out what my problem was. Under "preferences" on my Palm T/X, the "Communication" connection had not been set to cradle/cable, which is the type of connection I was using, so I was able to sync all of my information from the Palm Desktop. Woo hoo!  Thanks anyway 🐵
