The Z2 G9 workistation I received preload with Win 11 Pro. We have a critial software doesn't support Win 11. We pruchased same systems with preloaded Win 10 Pro in the past but now HP is not available. So, I tried to install Win 10 Pro in this new Z2 G9 workstations, it showed missing media driver and couldn't find SSD or M.2 drive. Can I install Win 10 Pro on the Z2 G9 workstation with preload WIn 11 pro?

I zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers below so Windows can find the drive.
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next and if those are the right drivers Windows should find the drive and install.

You're very welcome.
Isn't W10 Pro activated?
It should be and according to page 12 of the document at the link below, it is perfectly acceptable to do the downgrade.

If a remote end user purchases a Windows 11 device, can I move them back to my Windows 10 standard and how?
Downgrade rights are available with Windows 11 Pro OEM-licensed devices. You can downgrade to any version of Windows Pro/Professional that has not reached its end of support date. You will need to reimage or clean install a Windows 11 device to downgrade it to Windows 10.
