Replacement screen is not listed at HP

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=1D9X8EA

I assume you do not have accidental damage warrantee

If you want to sell for parts then do a factory reset while the screen is still working good enough to  see.

https://www.windowscentral.com/what-do-selling-your-old-pc

Alternately you can take it apart using this video guide and get the part number off the display

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZipcgvcoLg

if you find an HP part number use that list above (the partsurfer) to get a price or availability

You can also lookup the part number on ebay

if you find a Samsung or LG part number (or whatever) then go here to look it up

since they are all made in Asia you may want to go here first anyway

https://www.aliexpress.com/promotion/promotion_screen-for-all-in-one-hp-promotion.html

If you enable remote desktop on it, you can access it after the monitor is removed or goes totally bad..  You could always use it with an external monitor or TV set.

Thank you so much.

Is there no where that can fix it? It is not even two years old.

Thank you for your detailed response

sorry i should have listed tech support first.  but I suspect it will cost more to repair it than to replace it with a used one
