Why does modern HP-computer crash 2-3 times a week wile old HP-computer crash maybe once in their lifetime.

@User031322 -- is the new computer only a few weeks old? If so, take it back to the store that sold it to you, and get them to exchange it.

If the new computer is less than 12 months old, exercise the HP Warranty to get HP to repair/replace your computer, at their expense.

The problem came when it was a few weeks old. I bought it via HP webpage

The 12-month HP Warranty still is active. Contact HP Support, and open a "case" (as HP calls it) against the HP Warranty, for HP to repair/replace your computer, at HP's expense.

I fixed the problem by uninstalling all HP programs. No more crashes for 3 months.
