Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I click the link in the control panel under User Accounts, nothing happens.
This is a desktop. Local Account
Administrator
Password Protected
There are no other users on this PC
I login with Local Account
HP Pavilion 570-p056

Do you have the USB flash drive already connected? IF it is not connected, the option will not work.
