Was doing a Microsoft update. Something went wrong and now I get a Boot device not found. There is also Hard Disk - (3F0). Looking about I see if I had a recover USB there is a path to getting things going again. I do not have a recovery USB. Is there a way to get one or create one on a non HP system.
Thank you for any help

hi
The HP Cloud Recovery Download Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. The recovery software works for HP PCs running Windows 10 Professional (64-bit) and Windows 7 Professional (64-bit).
if I open this link I have information for the pro version?
