I own a HP omen 25L and ever since I done an windows update today 14/03/2021. my pc has decided to crash and restart but fail the restart and comes up with a sad logo and Critical_process_died, I have tried advanced options to reset the pc but it doesn’t allow me to use any of the options just tells me it’s failed.
I bought this pc from curry’s on 03/03/2021 would anyone be able to give me some advice or whether I should contact curry’s and see what they can do?
We could spend a lot of your time and not solve the problem. Curry's needs to know that you are having problems just in case it gets worse. If the update was to Windows 20H2 this could be your problem.
