DL320 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a DL320 G6 server (and a ML150 G9 server) running Windows 10 Pro at the local Community Radio Station.
It has USB devices connected to it that work perfectly.
However, when I put another USB device in, it does not recognise it.

For instance, I have a Presonus Musicbox USB96 already on it and working just fine. If I plug another into it, it is not recognised.
Another instance - no USB drives are recognised.

Windows does not have a driver for "Base System Device" and "IPMI Interface" in Device Manager.
Is there a known cure for this problem (not recognising USB devices) ?

Any assistance appreciated.

Hi:

HP split into two companies back in 2014.

HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and tape storage devices.

You may want to post your question on the HPE community forum -- Proliant servers section.
