Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I do not see any topic  related to my issue.  My HP computer is under warranty. Bought a few months ago. I tried using the CD/DVD writer. It does not automatically load even though  It shows it is set for Auto play. I've tried contacting HP support. Tried opening 'Chat' I click 'Submit' and there is no signs that it is going through.  3 days and no success. This is ridiculous. I have programs I need to download. Is there a toll-free phone number to call. I'm in NYC.
