Sent my new all in one desktop computer under warranty for a minor repair. This was carried out (I believe) and the computer returned to me with the new keyboard badly damaged. No reply yet to my email including before and after photos, and promise to call back by customer service not fulfilled. Please advise as I urgently need the computer for my work.
