Delete account on device

I would like to delete all accounts on my device.

Here is a information about my laptop.

You can't delete ALL the accounts because you have to use an account to login and access the settings to remove the other accounts, and you can't remove the account you then used to login.

To remove the others, you have to login with an account that has some Admin rights, go into settings, and then remove each of the other accounts.

If all you have is a Guest account login, you can't do this.
