Compaq Presario cq5210f
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I was trying to create a new profile and thought i followed the steps correctly. When i went to open the new user name the folders were there, but they were all empty folders. I cant fibd the old main standard user profile & files

So, are you able to login at all?  If so, is your login account a member of the Administrators group?

If so, you might be able to use this thread to unhide the built-in Administrator account:  https://www.ghacks.net/2014/11/12/how-to-enable-the-hidden-windows-10-administrator-account/

Once you do that, you can login to that account and create a new user account.

Once that is done, go back and rehide the Adminstrator account.

I can log in under my administrator account and the dummy one that I created but I cannot locate the name or where the file is located for my old 1 that I accidentally deleted and that thread shows how to do something for windows 10 not window 7. And I had that compact presario windows 7 premium 64 bit

If you deleted the account, then it is gone, along with the folders for it.  I doubt you're going to be able to find it, now.
